Not a print, and not latex
The effect is woven into the fabric, not printed on top of it. It is a matte polyester with 8% elastane, so it has real stretch and no plastic shine. In low light it reads almost black. Turn towards a window and the rose comes up through it. That is why it looks different in every clip you have seen of it, and why it will look different on you too.
It fits like a second skin
Full length, high neck, no sleeves. It holds you without squeezing, because the stretch does the work instead of the seams.
If you are between two sizes, take the bigger one. It will still trace you, and you will be able to sit down in it.

This drop runs S to L. Measure a dress you already own and love, and compare those numbers to the chart below. Do not go by the size you usually buy: sizes move a lot between brands, and this one is cut close.

Looking after it
Cold wash, inside out, on its own the first time. Hang it to dry. No tumble dryer, and do not put an iron directly on the fabric: that finish is exactly what makes the light effect work.
